Placing an Order
It’s easy to order from us. First, you’ll need to create an account and once created you can place order immediately Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and the product ID of the products you have selected. If you order is not in stock, we will email you before charging you; this will give you the opportunity to either cancel or proceed with a special order.
You will also receive tracking number information which will give you the exact date your order will arrive. Please save this or print this as your official receipt.
Cancellations and Damages
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, all items that ship within two (2) business days cannot be cancelled once the item(s) have been purchased. For all items that ship in three (3) business days or more, we will gladly TRY to process the cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department.
If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Once issued a RMA, ship the item back to us within 7 days. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

Credit Cards Accepted
We currently accept Amex, Visa and MasterCard cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. You will not be charged for backordered items until we have contacted you and you agree on the estimated wait time for the item backordered. Wait time can vary from two to ten weeks, however, we will give you a more specific wait time for your particular item (s) when we speak with you. If you agree to wait for the item (s) it will be considered a special order and you will be charged to secure the order. If you do not want to wait for the order then we will cancel the order. If we are unable to secure authorization (meaning if your credit card declines), a Accu-Seal specialist will contact you asap.
Credit Card Security
We encrypt all of your personal information including your credit card number when it is sent over the internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode an unbroken key or lock icon will appear at the bottom right corner of the window. If for some reason, you do not see these symbols please check, the URL link that should read “https” which indicates that the transaction is secure.
Items sold on this website to consumers residing in CA will be charged CA sales tax on the full amount of the order which is currently 8.75%. If you live out of state but we are mailing the order somewhere in CA it will also be charged CA sales tax. If you are an out of state resident you will not pay sales tax.
Periodically due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, the item may be placed on backorder status. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder you will promptly be notified by a Jennifer Knits specialist, who will provide you with options to fulfill your current order.
We only ship within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. We do not ship to P.O Boxes nor to military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition The product must be free from scratches and/or defects The product must not have been installed You must have the original packaging for the item and if it’s yarn, it cannot have been knit with or rolled in a ball if it’s original packaging was a skein. There cannot be any writing on the original packaging A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective + Freight
