Model 5300SP Bag and Pouch Sealer- Impulse Heat
Model 5300SP is a budget, user-friendly heat sealer with lower seal bar heating. Seamless stainless steel enclosure, temperature controlled with password protected recipe, digital process control, and high speed PLC with LCD touchscreen HMI provide assurance that process parameters are maintained to deliver equivalence throughout your facility, with repeatable, reliable performance. Seal lengths up to 24” (61 cm).
Model 6300SP Heat Sealer- Impulse Heat
Model 6300SP is designed specifically for pouch sealing applications requiring process validation. Stainless steel enclosure, temperature control, 10 recipes with password protection, high-resolution HMI digital display, heavy-duty seal bar and actuator assembly and process alarm settings. Seal lengths up to 30” (76 cm).
Model 6400SP Pouch Sealer- Constant Heat
Constant Heat Medical Pouch Sealer assures the highest level of process control. Digital high-speed PLC controller allows for customized programming of seal temperature, time, and pressure. Two-level password protection requires supervisor password override for abnormal seal temperature profile, jaw obstruction and seal pressure. Seal lengths up to 20” (50.8 cm).
675TC2 Open Jaw Pneumatic Impulse Sealer
The Model 675TC2 heat sealer delivers equivalence throughout your facility with repeatable, reliable performance. Featuring open-ended seal bar design, the 675TC2 integrates gas purge and vacuum, process alarm settings, multiple operating modes and password protected seal parameter recipes. A user-friendly LCD touch screen and high speed PLC provide the confidence that all process parameters are maintained seal-to-seal. Available with Upper seal bar heat, or both Upper and Lower seal bar heating. Seal only configuration available.

Model 8000 Compact Pneumatic Impulse Heat Sealer
Model 8000 medical pouch heat sealer is ideal for medical, lab, and pharmaceutical product packaging requirements where space, performance, and flexibility are critical. The unique “Quick-Release” vacuum and seal bar plates facilitate quick removal for cleaning and maintenance.
Available in Seal only or Gas-Vacuum configurations.
Model 830 Modular Heat Sealer
Provides flexibility to arrange a sealing station with a remote tabletop seal head. Perfect for laminar flow hoods and small work areas. Digital HMI touchscreen is mounted on a flexible arm for easy access and visibility. The control cabinet can be remotely located from the seal head assembly. Optional stand mounting for sealing in a vertical, horizontal or angled position.
HDMP3-TC Heavy Duty Pneumatic Impulse Sealer
For large Medical and Pharmaceutical product packaging that requires process control, the HDMP3TC seals bags up to 50 inches in length. The HDMP3TC can operate on a horizontal tabletop or can be stand-mounted for orientation in the vertical position. over a conveyor to maximize production. Password protected alarm and seal parameter settings, digital PLC control, with multiple operating modes and recipe programs.
