Rotary Band Heat Sealers
The Urania Model 4000P and 5000P are fully validatable with respect to speed, temperature, and force. Uniquely designed to eliminate issues arising from separate carrying bands and sealing bands, the 4000P and 5000P combine the carrying and sealing band. Standard features include detection of misaligned pouches, auto reject and force measurement with alarm capability.
Urania has been the industry leader for medium and high volume packaging applications for many years. The 4000P and 5000P sealers are engineered to deliver the accuracy and repeatability required for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging. They are also well suited for food and dry bulk products.
The sealing head is mounted to a height adjustable, stainless steel stand with locking casters. Various options are available such as embossers, powered conveyors, infeed devices, pouch trimming and gas flush or nitrogen injection systems.
