The Model 9000 Series medical grade sealer represents a new standard in design, performance, and operational integrity. Integrating our advanced Accu-Temp™ heating control system, the 9000 Series sets a new standard in seal bar heat control and accuracy for impulse heat sealers. It is ideal for applications that demand process control and validation, with the flexibility of impulse heat for sealing a variety of packaging materials.

Innovation
Advanced Accu-Temp™ heating controls, a large 7” color HMI display, and a rigid, high strength powder-coated 6061 aluminum frame, are just a few of the innovative design features that make the 9000 Series the new standard in impulse sealer design. The flexibility of impulse heating to seal a broad range of materials, with improved seal bar heat control that rivals that of constant heat technology, makes the Accu-Seal Model 9000 the preferred choice for customers with the most demanding standards in critical packaging applications.
High strength, solid aluminum seal bars, in addition to multiple large bore pneumatic actuator cylinders, combine to provide improved seal pressure profile across the length of the seal bar, resulting in consistent and repeatable seal appearance and integrity. Standard configurations include seal only or vacuum and gas purge capabilities, 10 recipes, 12” or 24” seal lengths, and 3/8” (10 mm) seal width.
